Mimi Schoneman recently helped me with the Short Sale on my condo. Mimi was extremely professional and very thorough. She was able to help me with all my questions about the short sale process. My short sale only took 2.5 months and I honestly believe it was because Mimi was on top of things. Wow ! I’m impressed! In June I inspected a home in Coon Rapids and found in the attic some surprises, the Class B Chimney was disconnected that the water heater was connected to and two rafters were broken and another two were cracked. About a month later I get a call from our mutual clients to do a re-inspection on the same property. Mimi negotiated with the seller and the seller fixed it. Her clients loved the house and Mimi made sure the house would be safe for them to live in it, Great Job Mimi, Great Job!
